Mass-managing E-mail Mergecodes in GoldMine?
You can use MasterMine to manage your whole database’s e-mail merge codes very conveniently. This allows you much better control over who gets various mass e-mails in GoldMine.
Here’s the trick: Be sure to include the Cs.EmailRecID or CX.EmailRecID in your MasterMine report during creation. Then use that field in MMUpdater as your “match field” so Updater knows which record to update among your e-mails.
